JOHN COOPER, PGA PROFESSIONAL
Founder/Master NEXUS Instructor
John turned pro in 1980. He is the creator of the NEXUS Instructional System and has been Longshore's Head PGA Professional for over 15 years. John received his Class A PGA status in 1983 and was elected Spalding's Teacher of the Year in 1995. Additionally, John was named 2006 Westport Sportsman of the Year. He has been teaching golf for more than 25 years. |

CHRISTOPHER CARRIERO
Master Certified NEXUS Instructor
Chris provides professional golf instruction for the adult private and group lessons. Chris received his training as a golf instructor from the pros at New Canaan Country Club followed by 5 years as Longshore's junior instructor. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience. |

Longshore is honored to have Vinny as part of our team. With over 45 years teaching experience, Vinny is the former head instructor from Oak Hills in Norwalk and worked with legendary golf instructor, Earnest Jones. Vinny provides golf instruction for adult private and group lessons. |

JOHN GENTILE
Teaching Professional
John is a native of Fairfield and played the PGA tour in the mid 70's, won the 1978 National club pro championship. He has played in several U.S. Opens and also on the Champions Tour. |

CASEY RICHARDS
Junior Instructor
Casey has been a fixture at Longshore for the past 8 years and has been teaching junior of all levels and ages for the past three years. She is a former Staples High School stand-out golfer and is currently a sophomore at Villanova University. |
